"Fantastic customer service."
The Customer Service I received from Michael was absolutely fantastic, very quick to reply & was a massive help.
I will continue using Vape UK & will definitely recommend to friends!:)
I paid for next day delivery on my package & royal mail didn't scan it into one of the stops, I was quickly refunded my delivery & after 2/3 days I was sent out a new order,

"Great company, great service, great support."
Great company. Great service. Great customer support.
I recently had a minor frustration with my order. I emailed their CS department and they responded promptly and generously. This level of service cannot be underestimated. I recommend without reservation. VapeUK are an exemplar of how businesses should be run. Full marks!
